The riverview suite was stunning with loads of space and an electric fireplace. The convenience of a 24/7 store made our stay even easier, especially with kids in tow! Location is perfect for walking to local restaurants and the beautiful riverfront.
Felt welcomed, no complaints.

The riverview suite offers stunning views with plenty of space, featuring an inviting electric fireplace that amps up the comfort level. Easy access to local eateries makes this place perfect for exploring the area's offerings.
On the downside, the view from some ground-level rooms is less than appealing, facing a muddy area rather than the lovely scenery. Additionally, the breakfast setup in the lobby felt cramped and awkward, with foot traffic from check-ins creating an uncomfortable dining experience. The shared main lobby restroom could use a more consistent cleaning schedule.

My stay was delightful as the spacious room had a cozy electric fireplace, and being just a few steps from the stunning War of 1812 Bicentennial Peace Garden made my weekend strolls wonderful.

The breakfast here was just fab, and you've got nearby gems like the Silo Restaurant and Water Street Sidebar that serve up the local vibe. The staff? Super friendly and always ready to help, which makes everything pop!
Now for some real talk, the noise from the room above was like a tap dance competition, and it could really grind your gears. Plus, the hotel could use some TLC with squeaky doors and worn-out woodwork.

We had an awesome time at this hotel with friends! The large rooms were perfect for us, and we loved the incredible shower. We also visited a couple of wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail and enjoyed the local restaurants nearby. Just a heads up, the complimentary breakfast is pretty basic but still a nice perk!
The only downside was the breakfast selection. it could have been better. We noticed it was quite simple and pretty limited.

The spacious King room offered nice river views and clean facilities. Breakfast featured a good assortment of hot and cold options, making mornings pleasant. However, significant issues included limited disabled parking, and a lack of clear signage that made finding the hotel challenging. The TV placement was awkward, positioned at the side of the bed, diminishing the overall comfort.

The room was huge with a comfy king bed and a lovely view. I enjoyed the stocked pantry for late-night snacks. I loved unwinding at the spa with their heated pool and massage options, which really helped me relax. Just a small thing – the front door could use some oiling to open a bit smoother. 😊

The location of Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa is fantastic, just a short walk to the river and many restaurants nearby. The friendly staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My room had a beautiful view of the river and was spacious with comfortable bedding. The electric fireplace added a nice touch of coziness. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. While it was clean, the options were quite limited, mainly store-bought pastries and basic cereals. I expected more local bakery treats, especially given the charming town of Lewiston. Parking was a little tricky due to changes during my stay, but there was still availability. I also heard noise from the room above me, which was distracting at times. Overall, it had great potential as a charming getaway, but the breakfast and noise levels could definitely improve.
